Pickleball Score
The pickleball scorekeeper, on your phone and on your wrist
In pickleball the score is called with three numbers, only the serving side scores and a side out changes the server: keeping count in your head is a job. TennisScore does it for you, with one tap on the phone or the watch, calls the score out loud and sends it live to whoever is not on court.
Free, with no ads and no sign-up: no personal data required. For phones and tablets with Android 11 or later, and for Wear OS watches.
The pickleball rules, built in
Pick the format and count only the rallies: points, side outs, games and match are handled by the app, with the official USA Pickleball 2026 rules.
- Games to 11, 15 or 21 points, win by two, best of 1, 3 or 5 games
- Traditional scoring, where only the serving side scores, with the side out and the two servers in doubles, or rally scoring, where every rally is a point
- The three-number call, "4 - 2 - 1", always on the board: the server's points, the receiver's points and the server number
- Singles or doubles, with the four names and each player's serving side
- Changes of ends after every game and halfway through the deciding game: the app flags them and, if you like, the cards swap with the players
One tap, from the phone or the wrist
On the phone the two buttons say "Rally", because in pickleball winning the rally does not always mean a point: the app knows whether to score or to hand over the serve. The call can be read out loud, one number at a time, and a rally entered by mistake is undone with a tap.
With a Wear OS watch the rally is entered from the wrist: both sides' points, games won, the ball with the server number. Game point and match point are confirmed with a long press, so a game never closes by accident.
Whoever is not there follows anyway
Every match has a code and a link: whoever gets it sees the call and the games live, on the phone or in the browser, and with the bell receives a message at the end of every game.
After the last rally
- Result game by game, with the service turns and how many points each one scored
- Rally statistics: won on serve and on return, longest run, service turns
- Heart rate and steps of whoever wore the watch, game by game
- Up to three photos and one page to send to the group, as images or PDF
Frequently asked questions
Does TennisScore work for pickleball?
Yes, from version 1.4. Choose Pickleball in the new match: the app uses its own scoring, with the three-number call, the side out and games to 11, 15 or 21, win by two.
Can I use rally scoring?
Yes. In the format choose "Rally": every rally is worth a point, whoever serves. Traditional scoring stays the default, with the side out and the two servers in doubles.
Does the app know who serves and from which side?
Yes: the ball on the board shows who serves and the server number, and the serving side follows the even or odd score, as the rules require. If something is off, you fix it from the lock.
Can I keep score from the smartwatch?
Yes, with a Wear OS 3 or later watch. One tap on the half of the side that won the rally; game point and match point are confirmed with a long press.
