TennisScore è un'app per tenere e condividere il punteggio delle partite di tennis. È progettata per non identificare i suoi utenti: non richiede registrazione, account, e‑mail o altri dati personali.
Lo sviluppatore dell'app (PreciseSoft) è il titolare del trattamento. Per qualsiasi richiesta relativa alla privacy: developer@precisesoft.it.
I nomi dei giocatori, i punteggi, il luogo della partita e il nome che scegli quando ti iscrivi come spettatore sono inseriti volontariamente da te. Vengono salvati sui server dell'app per consentire le funzioni di condivisione e sono visibili alle persone con cui condividi il codice della partita. Ti consigliamo di usare nomi o soprannomi che non riveli a estranei informazioni che consideri riservate.
Se usi TennisScore sullo smartwatch (Wear OS), i nomi dei giocatori e il punteggio della partita in corso vengono inviati dal tuo telefono al tuo orologio, per mostrarli al polso. Il trasferimento avviene tra i tuoi dispositivi tramite i servizi Google per Wear OS, che possono sincronizzarli anche attraverso il tuo account Google. Quando spegni la funzione o la partita finisce, il telefono sostituisce quei dati con uno stato vuoto. L'orologio non invia dati ad altri.
Se attivi i sensori dell'orologio, durante una partita l'orologio rileva la tua frequenza cardiaca e i tuoi passi, con il consenso che dai ai permessi di sistema, e li riassume in un valore ogni 5 secondi. Questi dati vanno solo dal tuo orologio al tuo telefono, tramite i servizi Google per Wear OS, e restano nel telefono insieme alla partita (e nel backup di Android, se lo hai attivo): servono a mostrarti statistiche di gioco come la distanza stimata, il battito medio e il recupero tra i punti, che sono indicazioni sportive e non valutazioni mediche. Non vengono mai inviati ai server dell'app, agli spettatori né a un altro telefono, e si cancellano insieme alla partita. Puoi spegnere i sensori in qualsiasi momento dalla notifica dell'orologio o negando i permessi.
Le foto ricordo che aggiungi a una partita conclusa restano solo sul tuo telefono, nella memoria privata dell'app: non vengono inviate ai server dell'app né agli spettatori, non entrano nel backup di Android e si cancellano insieme alla partita. Lasciano il telefono solo quando sei tu a condividerle, con le pagine della partita, o a inviarle a un compagno con l'invio diretto.
Con l'invio diretto puoi passare una partita conclusa, con le sue foto, al telefono di un compagno vicino a te. I dati viaggiano solo tra i due telefoni, tramite i servizi Google Play (Nearby Connections, via Bluetooth o rete Wi-Fi locale), dopo che entrambi avete confermato lo stesso codice sullo schermo, e non passano dai server dell'app. Battito e passi non vengono inviati. Sul telefono del compagno la partita e le foto diventano una sua copia, che gestisce lui.
L'app non contiene pubblicità , non effettua profilazione e non vende dati a terzi.
I dati delle partite sono salvati su Google Cloud Firestore nella regione europe‑west8 (Milano, Unione Europea). I servizi Firebase sono forniti da Google LLC, che agisce come responsabile del trattamento; per alcuni servizi (es. Crashlytics) i dati possono essere trattati anche al di fuori dell'UE con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework e clausole contrattuali standard).
I dati di una partita condivisa (nomi dei giocatori, punteggio, luogo) sono visibili a chi possiede il relativo codice di iscrizione. Con l'invio diretto una partita conclusa, con le sue foto, va solo al telefono del compagno che scegli, senza passare dai server dell'app. Nessun dato viene venduto o ceduto a terzi. Gli unici fornitori tecnici sono i servizi Google Firebase sopra indicati.
Hai i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15‑21 del GDPR (accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione) e il diritto di reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Poiché l'app non ti identifica, per esercitarli è necessario fornire elementi che permettano di individuare i tuoi dati (ad esempio il codice di una partita condivisa). Scrivi a developer@precisesoft.it: le richieste di cancellazione vengono evase entro 30 giorni.
L'app non è destinata a minori di 13 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori di 13 anni.

TennisScore is an app for keeping and sharing tennis match scores. It is designed not to identify its users: no registration, account, e‑mail address or other personal data is required.
The app developer (PreciseSoft) is the data controller. For any privacy request: developer@precisesoft.it.
Player names, scores, the match venue and the name you choose when you subscribe as a spectator are entered voluntarily by you. They are stored on the app's servers to enable the sharing features and are visible to the people you share the match code with. We recommend using names or nicknames that do not reveal information you consider private.
If you use TennisScore on a smartwatch (Wear OS), the player names and the score of the match in progress are sent from your phone to your watch, so they can be shown on your wrist. The transfer takes place between your own devices through Google's services for Wear OS, which may also sync them through your Google account. When you turn the feature off or the match ends, the phone replaces that data with an empty state. The watch does not send data to anyone else.
If you turn on the watch sensors, during a match the watch reads your heart rate and your steps, with the consent you give through the system permissions, and summarises them into one value every 5 seconds. This data only travels from your watch to your phone, through Google's services for Wear OS, and stays on the phone together with the match (and in the Android backup, if you have it enabled): it is used to show you match statistics such as the estimated distance, the average heart rate and the recovery between points, which are sporting indications and not medical assessments. It is never sent to the app's servers, to spectators or to another phone, and it is deleted together with the match. You can turn the sensors off at any time from the watch notification or by denying the permissions.
The memory photos you add to a completed match stay only on your phone, in the app's private storage: they are not sent to the app's servers or to spectators, they are not included in the Android backup, and they are deleted together with the match. They leave the phone only when you choose to share them, with the match pages, or to send them to a partner with the direct transfer.
With the direct transfer you can hand a completed match, with its photos, to the phone of a partner next to you. The data travels only between the two phones, through Google Play services (Nearby Connections, over Bluetooth or the local Wi-Fi network), after you both confirm the same code on screen, and it does not go through the app's servers. Heart rate and steps are not sent. On your partner's phone the match and the photos become their own copy, under their control.
The app contains no advertising, performs no profiling and sells no data to third parties.
Match data is stored on Google Cloud Firestore in the europe‑west8 region (Milan, European Union). Firebase services are provided by Google LLC acting as data processor; for some services (e.g. Crashlytics) data may also be processed outside the EU with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
The data of a shared match (player names, score, venue) is visible to anyone holding its subscription code. With the direct transfer a completed match, with its photos, goes only to the phone of the partner you choose, without passing through the app's servers. No data is sold or transferred to third parties. The only technical providers are the Google Firebase services listed above.
You have the rights provided by Arts. 15‑21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Since the app does not identify you, exercising these rights requires providing details that allow your data to be located (for example the code of a shared match). Write to developer@precisesoft.it; deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
